At Kanoya Living we hope you love your artisan ceramics as much as we do and extend a 14 day no-questions-asked return policy for unused purchases in original condition. Every item in our store is a handmade ceramic and pottery items and unfortunately shipping problems do happen so we provide insurance for all orders.
